A brand is a promise and brand experience influences the customer's behaviour.
When the experience is positive, the customer comes back. Negative experiences change the mindset very fast and for a long time. Strange enough, companies care about the products they sell, but don't care about the experience with promotional items - although they also carry the logo and the message of the company.

This is where we get involved: understand and define the image of a brand and prolong it to promotional items. In this case, promotional items become brand ambassodors and a valuable part of the marketing mix.
